blueshadow Posted March 9, 2002 Share Posted March 9, 2002 Greetings Brothers, Just to let you all know I have not left or become the prodigal son, I have been busy purchasing a new home, taking the oldest to school functions, etc. I finally closed the # 2 last week for 2 reps with my right hand(I.m so elated!). I seem to have a slight pulled tendon in the first knuckle of the middle finger of my left hand(makes it hard to flip people off!) I obtained this injury doing heavy negs on the plate loaded machine!
