Guest baldy
David, I was wondering some things about your one hand pinch record you set last year. That is the current max weight lifted on plates in official competition with a one hand pinch, right? Could you briefly describe what made for a "good lift" in the competition (i.e. how high must weight be lifted, etc)? I remember Michael Daly stating that you "moved" an even heavier weight, but your official lift looks like you were at a full lockout. Also, what substances were used (chalk, tacky, etc) on the hands? Thanks in advance.
David Horne
Baldy, The official finish position of the lift is hands above knees, and chalk is all that is allowed. David
