"squeezer" Machine

Dude

Recommended Posts

I recently bought a Squeezer machine, much like the TTK, from gerryg here on the gripboard. Works great and I've been using it alot without much of program so I was looking here for what some of you guys recommend for workouts with it.

I usually try to do it one hand at a time, with my thumb facing up, and doing reps from 10-15 ish as heavy as I can get out. I was messing around with it and I can use it with thumb down and fingers on top but I gotta have the machine up higher when I use it like that. Didn't know if that was working the same thing or not. I'm also trying to build my card tearing crush/pinch hold that you use to rip cards with this machine.

For those of you who have one how do you use yours, as far as workouts, 1 or 2 hands at a time, hand positioning, reps, negs, etc...? Have you seen a carry over to grippers at all?

If you go to the Blogs and read gamidons - you will see what he is doing with his. Now he's doing high volume and many do it other ways but something I have noticed while doing my training for the 2 hand pinch is that the thumb position is different between the one and 2 hand - I might suggest doing some each way on your squeezers as well.
