Just a couple questions if you don't mind.

What kind of numbers are you using in strapholds for the 2 and 3, and how close are you to the 4?

Well, I don't use the #2, and my best runs at the #3 with weight are; my #3, rated at 420 with 10lbs for 10 secs, and mine with 12.5lbs for 8 secs.  I've also done a few with 3Crusher's #3, rated a 445.  If mine other #3 is 452, his has to be mid 460's.  I have done 5lbs for 3 secs with it.  As for the #4, I've was a consistent 1/4" for a few workouts, but I've been overdoing it, and the last 2 I've slipped back to 5/16".  These attempts are measured with dowel rods.

Thanks Heath. I was just looking for some numbers to shoot for.

I did the #4 for the first time seriously yesterday and got within an inch (it was an off day though :)). My biggest trouble is getting the gripper set in my hand.

I have found that I also go stale on a straight regimen of heavy gripper work.
