John Beatty
Went to Denver over the weekend to do the North America vs Europe & look like a little girl, but the high point was the visit to the Children's Hospital. We signed about 50 shirts & took them around to rooms & visited the kids. After chatting for a bit I bent a bolt for each kid I visited. They really got a kick out of it, I probably bent 20 bolts. Maybe not wise the day before the Strongman show, but well worth it for what the kids got out of it.

John Beatty
Just some grade 2's - 1/4" & 5/16". Didn't want to fry myself, didn't know how many I'd be doing. A cool aside- Played with grip stuff with Rolf (sp) Ber from Austria. He bent a few bolts, then blew a couple of soda cans. He was pretty impressive with the cans, just grabbed & popped them instantly. Very cool guy, joking around & easy to talk to.
