Tou
I had my first serious workout with my new PDA 325 gripper. I found it very hard out of the bag and my first few attempts were deceiptive. As David HW suggested, I warm up properly and got psyched up. I smash the gripper like if it was a #2. I held it closed for a good five seconds count. I'm very happy with this closing because this gripper is very close to my #3 in terms of closing torque. I'll train hard on this gripper twice a week and work heavy on DL lockouts. Maybe the #3 will go down before the end of the year.
Sybersnott
Way to go, Tou!! Next thing ya know.... you'll be using that gripper as a warm-up to something much bigger!! :p
Guest DavidHW
That's more like it! I *knew* you'd just gotten lazy like I had with my 363. :-) You gotta get up for these grip workouts like you would for a squat or a deadlift. The PDA numbers might not mean *everything* but they mean *something* and are thus a good guide for our efforts. David
