Bending Pre-kinked Cold Hrs

I have searched but haven't found ANYTHING on this subject :( I frequently train with my previously kinked steel (HRS), and I find it harder, but I wonder about how much harder is it to start on a pre-kinked bar? I usually do this with steel bent to about 60 degrees.

Thanks beforehand!

typically tho pre kinking makes it easier, but keep working on your crush down, try using grippers to practice as well

Thanks for the answer, but I think you got me all wrong, I mean if I let the steel cool down after the kink, and maybe continue in a few hours, maybe in a few days. It gets much harder to continue on the bend when it's cooled down than if you would continue immediately after the kink.

This has nothing to do with my strength, it's one of the many qualities of steel. And I wonder if anyone knows about how much harder it gets?

Sorry for being unclear about it.

i understand the question now! hahahaha yea i did totally misunderstand you, i don't remember the figures but the steel will get a certain percentage weaker with each degree it is raised at the bend so it probably wont get that much stronger after just the kink, trying looking up some stuff on heat diffusion in steel and specific heats? sorry if this isn't the right area i'm trying to remember back when I welded (like 5 years ago) don't remember the details
