I just wondered if you could tell me the technique he used to bend it,and if he had to brace it against any part of his body during the bend. Thanks in advance for any reply. Best Regards Ray. It is done very fast, close to body using power of hands to hold and chest/delts for bending force , top of thighs for the fulcrum bending point.
