underdawg Posted February 20, 2002 Share Posted February 20, 2002 i came across this a while back while surfing too. the design is pretty cool, but i doubt if it offers much in the way of a workout. those springs just don't look very heavy. i like the idea of workin both hands at one time though. Like just looking at it i can see that the first thing i would do would be to loop weights through the bottom handles for some added weight. Just a thought.
