Guest w7913
OK, I've read the article about the distinction but quite honestly I can't tell the difference. Each time I pinch grip plates, well, I pinch grip... Fingers, hand, can't tell the difference... Any tips? R
Sybersnott
Well..... to pinch grip you MUST use your fingers. For example, pinching plates. Your fingers would be on one side of the plates, and your thumb on the other. Then you lift the plates.
the swiss
pinching with the hand is in fact pinching with the meat you have at the base of your fingers (but not on the fingers). try pinching as you usually do, and then take your finger tips out. you are now pinching with your hand. it isn't too easy to find an optimal compromise with these two kinds of pinching. But once you get the technique, you can pinch lift much more. hope I've been clear train hard, david
