Basically, you take a bath towel, soak it in water, then twist it up, squeezing out the water as you go. It requires you to get a good grip, then using your forearms, twist your hands in opposite directions to get the water out. The harder you squeeze and twist, the more burn you'll feel. It's good for forearms and wrists. That product you were thinking about reminded me of this exercise. BTW, I'm not sure how much carry-over this has for bending...
