Left Side Posted May 26, 2005 Share Posted May 26, 2005 Not at all, double underhand is simply a style that very few people find to be effective. For most people, bending anything double underhand is nearly impossible, (myself included), so we find that much more amazing when someone bends something double underhand. But if your body geometry is suited to DU, (and it sounds like it is), then bending this way is the right way for you. Keep up the killer progress, very well done. porky Posted May 26, 2005 Author Share Posted May 26, 2005 ahh i see. im the other way around, i cant do any damage double overhand i found i was stronger DU when i had a bar kinked and couldnt get it moving again, until i tried DU. my rear levering is also a lot stronger then the other levering.
