Muscle Turtle Posted May 19, 2005 Share Posted May 19, 2005 Anyone have an estimate or average for a 7 by 1/4 grade 5? how about a 5 inch? Anyone have a rating for a 7 or 8 by 5/16 peice of zinc coated steel? neither of these are on strongmans site??? I found some 6 inchers that have 6 twists that are stronger than the IM yellow.
