Some Bent Steel

:mellow I feel sort of weird posting pictures of this type of stuff. Not trying to brag in any way- I know there's plenty here who can do better; but maybe it'll inspire somebody else who's new to the grip game to do the same, or hopefully something harder.

These were just some bolts I found lying around on a visit to my grandfathers place a month, or two, ago. The smallest one on the left was by far the most difficult, and the one on the right was almost a joke. I think my wrists are far stronger, in relation, to my hands- as I can feel how the pain lessens as you squeeze tighter. I bent one similar, just recently, and it went much quicker and pain free.

These are the thickness done with a ruler:

Left- 7mm Middle- 1.1cm Right- 8.5mm

Hey G-man bends are bends and those look fine to me, especially that nifty one with the loop or circle on top. KOOL :D
