diesel Posted May 12, 2005 Share Posted May 12, 2005 my grip partner ray (crush) absolutely followed through tonight with his goal gripper. it was a little bit of a fight, but in the end, the two handles of the #2 were slammed shut. it was def huge. he has been wanting this for a while, so it was definitely a big night for him. he has been a great training partner through this, so to see him close it pumps me up a lot. good going ray BBSM is next big guy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

diesel Posted May 12, 2005 Author Share Posted May 12, 2005 been training grip (or since i got them in the mail) for a little over 4 months, although have been seriously training for them for about 2.5 to 3 months. pretty much when ray and i both started training did we get more hardcore about it.
