FrankyBoy
6.5" That weekend I went for the 6.5" FBBC cert. I had a hell of a fight with that bar but I finally got it down.
gazza
A Red,Now a 6.5 fbb, very impressive. That crushdown looked pretty evil, how much harder is it than the Red.
FrankyBoy
Thanks gazza. As a very rough estimate I would say that a 6.5" FBBC is about 14% harder than a Red. This estimate is not done using my personal feeling but the numbers I got out of the boards. (7" FBBC = 6% over Red, 6.5" is around 7.5% over 7"). Fact is: It feels alot harder to bend. gazza
Frankyboy Thats what i thought, judging by your 2 videos and the time taken to do the red versus the 6.5fbb. Looks like the hands took a beating on the fbb bar

chrlslee1
It looks as if your only bending with one finger. is that the case?
FrankyBoy
I'm bending over my middle finger that means most of the pressure is on the knuckles of that finger, But of course I'm using my index finger too in the bend.
