While on the KTA Program, for crush grip obviously, is it bad to also do bending? Or any sort of other grip work, like pinching or thick bar stuff?

Thanks,

What does the book say? Have you read it?

It says NO other grip work except what's in the program.

I have read the book. It is just hard to retain information for me from E-Books sitting at a computer. Don't know why, just is.

Thanks,

Take notes. Leave the notes by your grippers.
