Guest omniexist Posted February 6, 2002 Share Posted February 6, 2002 I have a pain in my first knuckle.It does not hurt alot, but i know its there. If i push on my knuckle from the inside of my hand it hurts alot more. It started when i tore a few phone books. Ive had this pain for about 1 week or so. Any advice would be helpfull. Fuel Crusher Posted February 6, 2002 Share Posted February 6, 2002 Dunno if it's like the pain I have. Mine is on my right hand kind of inside between the knuckles on my first two fingers. Only got agro from using the CoC's though, crush machine continues to give me no problems. I had a trial with my Coc trainer yesterday, did umpteen sets of 10 both hands, touch wood, no problems. I don't feel like tackling my No1 for a while yet though. kINGPINS right, rest a while. Also make sure your hands are plenty warm before training, hot water is a popular method. All the best.
