AP
reversing a move i read in jowett's molding a mighty grip- i found an extension move. i take a book on a table and put my hand under it/palm down. then push the book up by extending my fingers. you can work individual fingers or add weight and work them all at once. and you can try putting your thumb on the table or off. hope you like it- i do and the equipment i use only cost me $115 (crappy accounting textbook ) :p
Guest danreeves
Didn't Brookfield mention an extension exercise where you put your hand in to a bucket of sand or loose gravel, make a fist and then extend against the force of the sand? Guest kINGPIN
Thanx for the suggestions guys. AP. I have never heard of the book one before. I might see if I can do it with a weight plate or something. Dan; The old sand one is a bit messy and is a little hard to get reps out of isn't it? I am after something that is easy to do on a regular basis and that you can gradually increase the resistance.
Nathan Say
Those book lifts are exactly like that Smarter Gripper Mike Brown is selling for $300.
