GatorGrip
My friend all the Ironmind Nails are made of CRS (cold rolled steel) Got this info straight from Dr. Randy Strossen Owner of Ironmind Diameter x Length = IM Nail Color Yield Strength 3/16" x 6" = White Nail YS 110lb 3/16" x 5 = Green Nail YS 160lb 1/4" X 7" = Yellow Nail YS 210lb 1/4" X 6" = Blue Nail YS 260b 5/16" x 7 = Red Nail YS 385 The HRS (hot rolled steel) both Round and Square is good for in between jumps to the next harder lengths & diameters. Plus all bending is going to make you stronger be it PRs or volume.
