My Workout (9 Megs) During the warmup (singles on the Trainer, #1, #2, SM, #3 ) I felt quite good then I lost the power dramatically. It will allow you to work at near maximum levels without fatigue and will condition you to be ready on the spot. I think it a good idea since you have a deadline to make.
