To make it short: I'm still off.

I had that mega meeting last weekend and I'm still not fully recovered yet.

My Workout (9 Megs)

During the warmup (singles on the Trainer, #1, #2, SM, #3 ) I felt quite good then I lost the power dramatically.

My MM1 cert date will be very soon and I hope I get that crush back. :unsure

Nice video!! Funny to see how you take a deep breath every time, and when you started the heavier grippers you rolled up your sleeves! Good luck on the MM1 :rock

Franky, I think the Greace the Groove approach would be a good idea for you at this point. It will allow you to work at near maximum levels without fatigue and will condition you to be ready on the spot. I think it a good idea since you have a deadline to make.
