Guest danreeves
Have been working my pinch grip using a 4X4 wood block with the weight hanging below it. My goal is to pinch 2 45's by next year and I'm wondering is the block a good substitute for pinching plates since I can add weight over time and build up. Figured 4' was wide enough to strain the hands and get them used to the width I'd need.
Nathan Say
It's probably good to train with different widths for variety, but do most of it with the same width as the 45's.
