kelby
i was hanging around the school shop, and i notice a thin piece (long and wide) of metal. i started thinking to cut it into the same shape and size as a 45 pound plate. and curl it, if it is easy cut another piece same shape and add weight. and keep doing this until it is the same weight as the 45's. they will only weigh couple pounds each. i am not interested in curling 45 's, just giving someone an idea. ryaneverk2
Good way to slowly microload up to 45 pounds, while having the same size (diameter) plate. Good idea, kelby.
