There also isn't that much carry-over to full bending, except the focus and the "understanding of hwo steel bends". Personally, it is fun to pour out a few dozen tiny-nails and bend them all. It's a fun activity for watching tv or a DVD. What makes it hard is the size, of course. Try holding it tight with the right hand, and then press the head of the nail into your lower left palm, and then fold the nail over your right hand.
