Thoughts on these wrist curls

When I do behind the back wrist curls I wear an

Arm Blaster backwards to block my wrists from

being able to move forward, which is their natural

inclination in that position when under load. A

2x4 or a long pad will accomplish the same feel.

Also leaning slightly forward puts more emphasis

on the first part of the wrist curl.
