AOBS Dinner-Rescheduled

I just got off the phone with Vic Boff, and he told me that the AOBS dinner has been re-scheduled to June 22nd.  Anybody plan on going?  Just a warning.....once you go to one of these dinners, you'll want to go back year after year.  Hopefully the guys that were going to before it was cancelled will find a way to get there.  I would not miss it for anything!!

Steve,

You didn't mention whether or not it will be held in the same place it was as the 2000 dinner - in Saddlebrook, NJ.  Anything else that Vic told you over the phone?  Like who are the inductees, what is the agenda of the dinner, etc.  I hope I can make the dinner, but I was told it was going to be held in May.  Why the change?  Is June definitely set, or will the date change again?

Steve is right.  If you are a iron game fan, and a strength nut - you haffta attend!  Just getting to meet some of the people I have read about face-to-face, it is simply fantastic!!

I will try to attend if I can.  Anyone else going??

Sir Snott- The dinner will be in the same place as last year, the Saddlebrook, NJ Marriott, and the guests of honor are going to be the same as scheduled as the dinner that was cancelled last October.  The main guest of honor will be Al Oerter, and there will be two other guests of honor, whose names escape me right now.  As for the date, that is what Vic Boff told me yesterday, and I don't know why he changed it from when you spoke to him last.
