My Coc #3 arrived today,i also purchased Kta with the goal of closing my #2 but i have done something to my left wrist,it hurts when i try strapholds with the #1,not when i do regular reps or overcrushes. Should i do the program only closing the grippers with my rigth hand or get my wrist healed and stronger before giving Kta a go?
