Should I Start Kta ?

Hello all!!

My Coc #3 arrived today,i also purchased Kta with the goal of closing my #2 but i have done something to my left wrist,it hurts when i try strapholds with the #1,not when i do regular reps or overcrushes.

Should i do the program only closing the grippers with my rigth hand or get my wrist healed and stronger before giving Kta a go?

Btw,the #3 is a monster,i must be a wuss cause i can't close it with both hands and holding a negative is an almost impossible mission :yikes

Opinions are welcome :)

Do warm up exercises frist.

And wait till it heals up.

Wear mitts at night.

The answer to should I do KTA is always yes??

If injury free....YES!!!!
