reubi Posted February 24, 2005 Share Posted February 24, 2005 Hi all, I thought about writing (or not writing) this post, because I neither have a witness nor a video of my bend, but anyway... Yesterday I did bend a 7" 5/16 FBBC bar, PR!!! Bending that bar took about one and a half minute, fast when compared to some recent attempts on similar bars. I used leather padding. Some guys did support me with their advice, I don't think I could have bent the bar yet without their help: - Frank (frankyboy), we frequently discuss bending, besides he lets me use his nails and bolts - Pat (terminator), his advice ("get into starting position quickly") helped a lot on tougher bars - Greg and Dave: I read their great bending article before my workouts, helps to get ready for the big steel - Martin Kotte: the first German FBBC bender, he told me about his training, had some tips...
