Guest Harlan Jacobs
The progress that I have made on my grippers , has been with grippers alone. But now I want more ! I would like to look into buying a plateloaded gripper such as the Atlas or Grpinator,( if it's out yet ) or the G-rex. Any comments or advice from any of you who have used all of or any of these would be very helpfull. Thanks
tomfitz
the only one i have is the g-rex and it's awesome- allows you to work your crushing, pinching, and provides for bodyweight negatives. pretty great stuff.

Sybersnott
Harlan, You are wise to choose a grip machine. This will help your progress tremendously. I wish I could help you on this. You'll have to decide cost and usage. I agree.... the G-Rex is a great choice. You can't go wrong with your basic plate-loaded grip machine. Examine all possibilities, then go ahead and get it. Good Luck!!
