kelby Posted February 21, 2005 Share Posted February 21, 2005 i can't beleive 70 pounds feels a lot heavier, than the number one gripper(even thought they are 140 pounds of pressure). i was just experimenting this morning. and the hardy handshake, well 25 pounds i coulnd do. I have but I modified instead of hands reaching down+I have hand raech up I will post it in the gallery tonight. I once did 120 weight on but your forced to use body weight.
