Gripping And Bending

I started out with grippers and my main goal is still a #3 and MM1 cert but as you all know this bending thing is addictive, right now I'm doing my grippers then pinch then bending all on the same night with a couple days rest,

how have others in my situation managed to train both effectively at the same time?

Every goal you add to your list will interfere with the other goals. Myself, I pick one main thing to focus on for a couple months, which really helps me break through the plateaus in that area. Then after that, mainly focus on something else for a while. Good Luck

I just train different grip different nights, with at least a day or two rest inbetween.
