Lyle Posted February 19, 2005 Share Posted February 19, 2005 I started out with grippers and my main goal is still a #3 and MM1 cert but as you all know this bending thing is addictive, right now I'm doing my grippers then pinch then bending all on the same night with a couple days rest, how have others in my situation managed to train both effectively at the same time? Myself, I pick one main thing to focus on for a couple months, which really helps me break through the plateaus in that area. Then after that, mainly focus on something else for a while.
