Emsquared
After months of not doing any bending, I bent last night a blue nail like it was a big stick O' butter M2 also smashed the #3 shut after not doing any gripper work in a long long time, tried 1 week ago and could not get the #3 past the halfway mark, but then as I said above, it just slammed shut M2
mmainlands
Sounds like a prime example of the "less is more theory" !
GatorGrip
Now that is a real PR a #3 Crushed and a Blue Nail, you know there has got to be something to that whole recovery thing, I laid off a day maybe a day and a half and something I barely warped went down with amazing ease when I tried after that mini break. You know I have heard said for years "You don't gain muscle in the gym" how true but rarely thought of recovery and nutrition are the muscle building part, working out is just the tearing down the fibers part (stressing them) which make them need to grow. I think I we keep this in mind based on our own individual recovery powers we would probably get to new PRs much faster. I know the steel calls to you "BEND ME YOU &%$@* WUS" or "BET YOU CAN'T GRIND MY HANDLES BIG BOY" and we just have to try to show it who their daddy is. Take care and onward and upward. Emsquared
good job, new Pr's feel great eh! ← Thanks, neither of those were PR's by any means but it felt good. I have got the #4 to within an inch almost a year and a half ago and I have bent a 5.5 blue and a grade 5 bolt M2
