From the last time I spoke with him, he said that he basically trains feats for the crowds. Lately he has been focusing on long bar bending records and trains kettlebells and block weights on the side. I have his phone number that I can give if you would like it.

He also mentions multiple times in his books/grip tips that he doesn't have a very structured training schedule... he more just goes with what he feels like doing, for however many reps he feels like, etc. He also doesn't take to the grippers that much, it seems.

i contacted him once via email, he got back quickly and was very nice. i think you can get his email address on his samson scroll site. just another option.
