ironorr
From the last time I spoke with him, he said that he basically trains feats for the crowds. Lately he has been focusing on long bar bending records and trains kettlebells and block weights on the side. I have his phone number that I can give if you would like it. ryaneverk2
He also mentions multiple times in his books/grip tips that he doesn't have a very structured training schedule... he more just goes with what he feels like doing, for however many reps he feels like, etc. He also doesn't take to the grippers that much, it seems. Jason Paul
You can also get a lot of ideas from his grip tips articles at Ironmind's website. Jason
