Geo
What are these good for in terms of grip strength. I always assumed they were purely for bodybuilders. Maybe a good rehab tool?
ryaneverk2
Wrist rollers are one of the best exercises for the grip and forearms. They're somewhat similar to wrist curls in effect. If you read in Mastery of Hand Strength, I believe John Brookfield mentions how highly he thinks of them (don't have the book in front of me, so can't quote for sure). They're also quite easy to construct.

ryaneverk2
It's definitely a good implement to make or purchase (I recently made one, cost of about $2.50 and 5 minutes to put together). Also, get Mastery of Hand Strength, it is definitely required reading.
mooinabc1
I have made of the rollers from those big truck and cost $12 canadian to drill the holes. It is the same one That Joe Kinney has. Cheap by it works.
