I tried it with three fingers after reading your post; it's freaking unreal. You must be able to close the 3, or you're just heartbeat away. kelby Posted February 4, 2005 Author Share Posted February 4, 2005 i just did a close with three fingers on a number two. ← <--- (acts like a newbie) DID YA USE KTA?!?!? ← no i didn't, i just workout with it once i awhile. couple sets here in there. then take week or two off. then somehow i comeback stronger. but i also use leverage work, and do a 75 pound wrist curls with the long bar and steel weights. i don't have the olympic plates. i just finished doing 15 reps with the long bar wrist curls.
