Kta Benefits

KTA has made my hands stronger all around overall....I remember when I first started grip I did a 25 pound plate curl with no effort at all, first try easily. Tonight I did a 35 pound plate curl and don't even train my wrists...I'm happy as hell my brother looked at me and just said The Hulk...my favorite character...Wanna KTA rocks and the 45 pound plate curl will be mine in the future :rock I wonder what will happen when I actually train for it ;)

Last all thanks to God, he's bringing me up fast

I agree I tried the 6 pound sledge hammer the front ways

shoulder level a up no problem I did it.

I will Start the KTA program once I get my Beef Builder Elite.

I need thin leather glove for the extreme insane workout.

I was of using the Filed #2 during the frist 6 weeks.

And using the Filed gripper #2 and the BBE.

Mybe next week.

Iam using a chocker on the Beef builder Super Master 11/16 to close of =one reps.

My goal is the reach 1 1/2 inch or one inch.

Yes, KTA rocks! I'm only about 1/2 way through, and my hands and forearms feel stronger. Sometimes when I'm bored in class, I'll look at my forearms and flex them, and think "Oh yeah, I rule!" But maybe that's just me, hehe.

I'm doing the gripper KTA, that's why I was surprised to do a 35 pound plate curl when I don't even train the lift :rock
