stiffdog34 Posted January 22, 2005 Share Posted January 22, 2005 Hey Guys, I have been doing some DLing, working with the KB, and am finally starting with some grip training. I am currently doing some pinch grip, and something like the heavy hammer, and I am getting ready to start with the grippers. I have been doing this aobut 3 days/week. My question is what would be a good active recovery workout for the off days so I don't get the forearms fried. I was thinking about the snowballs or maybe the dexterity balls.
