Just shake it a bit, interlock your fingers around it, crush with your hands and chest at the same time, focus the pressure in one small area dead center on the can, BOOM. I interlaced my fingers, my right hand upside down and my other hand not and just kept crushing them together and the can didn't burst but just started leaking and then I finished it off.
