Lyle
just wanted to let you all know that I'm trying to get a regular routine for bending but it's hard to resist when I got all my cut pieces in front of me.... I'm now able to bend 2 3/16 X 5" at at time as well as 1/4" X 7" is a given each time. although I have to use Double Underhand to start the 1/4" stuff. I've also bent 4 horse shoes in the last week, 1 was thin and easy two were medium to very tough, the last one I tried was smaller and thicker, after about a solid 4 minute fight I managed to bend it 90 degrees but it was a killer. Is there a step between 3/16th X 5" and 1/4" X 7" without square 3/16th?
EricMilfeld
Some of the easier spriral 60D nails or perhaps some of the fully threaded 1/4" carriage bolts might do the trick.

Lyle
WOHOO, found the perfect inbetween stuff today, 20d 4" spiral nails, harder than the 5' 1/16ths and 1/4" threaded rod cut in 7" lenghts a little easier than the 1/4" solid. had to cut the 1/4 threaded rod down to 5" now it's about 75% of a 7" X 1/4".
