the swiss Posted January 14, 2005 Share Posted January 14, 2005 Hi all, just wanted to announce the next swiss grip competition which will be held at my place saturday the 5th of February. This time I have chosen events which are weaknesses for me (except maybe grippers), to force me to work these weak areas. Events are the following: - grippers (hardest gripper closed) MM closing rule. - loadable blob pinch for max weight - 2 3/8' dumbell DL without a tilt (forearm not allowed to touch plates) for max weight. handle is taped. - 2' vertical bar for max weight, european rule. - preacher plate curl for max weight. both hands will be tested, but we will probably also have a "best hand" ranking. Competitors this year include Amaury and Eric (almost 9' hands) from Paris, Frankyboy (maybe) from Germany, and others from Switzerland. david Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
