gerryg
Just wondering if anyone bought these yet? What do you think of them, worth the $12 or should I stick the regular rubber bands? http://www6.mailordercentral.com/ironmind/...asp?number=1376
rolf
I thought about getting them for a while but then got back to my senses. I don't do finger extensions progressively so I find even regular rubber bands too much of a hassle. Whenever I feel the need for this exercise I opt for manual resistance. Maybe if you want to quantify your progress, but otherwise I find $12 for rubber bands robbery. Rolle

capt. crushalot
I purchased the bands recently and like them. I prefer the bands over both the sand bucket and jars for finger extensions. The bands give many options for finger extensions..... High reps full range Low reps full range Partial holds Negatives You can increase or decrease the resistance easily by either moving the position of the bands on the fingers or by using more than one band per hand. I feel the bands are worth the price. If you are only ordering the bands then shipping and handling will add to the cost.
Scott Styles
I use the bands the come on broccoli, celery, and the mail that gets delivered to my office every day. They are free and do the job fine.
