Nice to see yall here. I've closed the COC #1 and am now working on doing it consistently and easily. Closing the #1 is great!! :0 I have recently stared training a lady at work and it will be great encouragement for her to hear that there are women out there that can close the #1. Nathan Say Posted January 15, 2002 Share Posted January 15, 2002 I took my #s T, 1 & 2 to work (safeway) just to show one of the guys who works out & this girl from the deli picked up the #1 & almost closed it (within about an inch-is that close?). She could close the trainer pretty easily though, I was impressed. She lifts pretty hard & also plays rugby.
