Mike West did 30, then Ed Charon did 39. It is a 1,000 page book that is made from thinner paper and is apparently about 1.25-1.5" thick. If anyone in the Portland area has this book, I'd appreciate knowing the name and phone number of the company that makes them so I can see what I can do to get my hands on a few dozen. Thanks.
