I'm just getting into the first part of the book.So far i like it.I had been useing a lot of the mental techniques it recommends for years but never knew what to call them or if they were legit techniques. So far a good book for the mental aspects of strength training or any competitve part of life.I was lucky Randy Strossen brought a copy the the grip gathering(along with other stuff i raffled off) that was at my house and i snatched it up and had him autograph it for me.If you like exploreing how to get better workouts through training your mind you'll like this book.

I asked Randy if he could come up with a more goals-oriented, workbook like book on coming up with an Iron Mind.

I read the first book but it was too general...

I hope he followed my advice...
