Jostein Posted December 15, 2004 Author Share Posted December 15, 2004 Well i havent trained with the grippers for 3 days now,only with powerball.But there us a urge that makes me want up the gripper all the time.Tomorrow im gonna start with the gripper again,cant wait anymore.
