I was reading the new Ironmind catolog, the holle it up dimbell looks like it would be a good tool to have. i have a couple (?)s though. #1 what makes the holle it up db "off set"? does the bar running through the 2 1/2 inch handle run along the side/top of the handle? for any of you who own one could you give me the scoop. #2 is it possible to make one yourself?

i have not been on in awhile due to my new job. i work for the state of new york now. that meens more $ to buy grip stuff! :D

The answer to both questions is Yes. The bar does run next to the edge or side of the 2.5"" handle. Can you make one yourself - of course. What one man can do, another can do.

Yes they use a 1" bar through a 2 1/2" bar off set to the top/side.I have found

turning the handle one way the thumb gets a lot of work and rolling it over to the other side the fingers get a lot of work.
