My Grip Routine

This is my grip routine,

                             Mon & Thurs

                             3xmax time hanging from bar

                             3xmax time holding db's tight at sides

                             3xmax time pinching plates

                           

                             Tues & Fri

                             3x wrist curls

                             3x reverse wrist curls

                             3xmax farmers walks

I'm only 15, haven't trained my grip seriously, will this program giv me good results? What kinda results will i get??

I'd really appreciate some feedback.

Sammy, your routine is a beauty. I see only one thing. Maybe there is too much training days in a week. At 15, I would work the two days once a week. If you train ultra heavy and go for total failure, you'll have superb results. This means 2 heavy workouts in a week. If you want, you can have light workouts in the rest of the week. Many of us grab the grippers everyday. Personnaly, I have two heavy days and I practice speed on my #1 everyday. See for yourself.

If you can get some grippers, the #1 and the #2 to begin with, it would be even better.

After a few months, give a try at plate curls. You won't believe what it does to your wrists.
