DLK
How did you do about it?
honk
@ DLK Do you mean which style did I use? Check out Clay´s gallery there´s a video where he rolls up a pan, I did it that way but I kept my right upper arm closer to my body.
FrankyBoy
Christoph, good work on the frying pan. However, you should always warmup thoroughly before doing such max or near-max feats. Before I enter a bending session I do about 50 reps on a bench.
honk
I warmed up before I rolled that pan. I did two sets of push ups, 40 and 20 reps. The really strange thing is that I didn´t feel any pain in my pec during the bend only my shoulder was a bit uneasy. I injured my right biceps two weeks ago, but I could see that one coming,it was only my stupid need to rip a phonebook lengthwise after setting a bendig PR that led to that injury. But this one with my right pec came totally unexpected! Maybe it came because I did no training the last two weeks(only some grippers and pinching) due to my other injury?
