Guest
Since I have started grip training, I notice that my hands feel VERY weak in the morning when I wake up. Feels like I couldn't close a Trainer, or even a store bought gripper. Happen to anyone else? Michael Falkov
Guest 115-1005574997
Michael Dont worry mate. If you are very relaxed for a number of hours, it take while for your nerves to start 'firing' and get your muscles working. It ALWAYS hapens to me after a very deep and relaxing nights sleep, or when i practice my relaxation techniques. Its a good sign you are not stressed or anxious

Roark
The day following heavy wrist curls my forearms feel as though they have the density of cotton candy, (not to the touch, but the signal my brain receives) whereas during the wrist curls they feel as hard as the bar I'm curling. Takes me about 4 to 5 days for full recovery and the feeling that my forearms are desiring more wrist curls.
Guest Askalas
I'm the same in the morning. Also, remember that you probably haven't fed your body for 7 to 9 hours, unless you get up in the middle of sleeping to eat something, so you're running low on fuel too.
