maidenfan Posted November 30, 2004 Share Posted November 30, 2004 Made several 1" x 2" pads out of foam pipe insulation and taped them together. I made several different widths to tape to the bottom lip of the TTK. Kind of turns the TTK into a "Big squeeze TTK". Works well for thumb overcrush work. Use different widths to train different areas of pinch. I'm sure many already do it, but adding rubber bands gives a different feel also.
